Rebeca John Lutiga

is a professional nurse who has worked in different health related assignments for over 30 years. She has served as a registered Nurse in Temeke Hospital, Vijibweni Hospital,Kigamboni Hospital and Usongo Health Center . She served in different departments including pharmacy, medical ward, children Ward, maternal and child clinic mobile outpatient department. At Usongo Health Center she served as CTC Nurse Counseling conducting Health Education, Adherence Counseling and Psychosocial issues.  Currently she is working at AFRIcai as Project officer – Nurse Whereby she is working with other team members in conducting HIV Counseling and testing, health education, coordinating Home base care activities with Community Health Workers.  Also participating in outreach and campaigning in reaching targeted population for testing and prep services.  She is also working with peer educators in creating awareness and education on the existence of identification services and preventive services.  She holds a certificate in nursing and certificate in guiding & counseling.
